Who I Help:
-
- Professionals who function at a high level yet carry the invisible weight of chronic pressure.
-
- Recent grads wondering “Is it just me?”
-
- Artists, Creatives, Lawyers, Product Managers … who can’t stop feeling the need to overachieve
-
- People with complicated relationships (friends, parents, colleagues, bosses)
-
- Anyone whose brain won’t shut up when there are no distractions
What We Work On:
Let’s be real: You don’t need another mindfulness app.
You need real talk, practical tools, and a therapist who gets the big emotions and the tiny details.
We’ll focus on:
-
- Untangling relationship patterns that keep you stuck
-
- Managing anxiety without becoming a productivity robot
-
- Building self-trust after years of self-doubt
-
- Processing past pain without staying stuck in it
I am an Interpersonal Psychotherapist (IPT) which basically means I am a puzzle solver through looking at history. Together we will look at how your relationships and inner voice got this way—and how to make them kinder, healthier, and less exhausting.
Think less “Let’s talk about your childhood forever,” and more “Let’s help you figure out the patterns of thinking and behaving that, at one point were useful, but have now outlived their usefullness“.
Many clients engage in therapy for help related to:
-
- Low self-esteem and lack of confidence

Pull up a chair. Let’s get to work.
If you’re ready to stop spiraling, start healing, and finally feel like your insides match the outside you work so hard to keep together—let’s talk.
I offer free 15minute calls — no pressure, no perfect answers needed. Even if you do not identify with one of the areas above but are interested in starting therapy, I encourage you to contact me and we can discuss your needs and goals for therapy.
Therapy is a powerful investment in yourself. Let’s talk about what you need right now and how I can help.
